Order Processing
All orders are carefully hand-selected and packed by our nursery team. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.

Please note: We ship globally but are unable to deliver to certain remote regions and parts of Asia due to customs restrictions. You will be notified during checkout if your location is not serviceable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our goal is your complete satisfaction. If a plant does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. This policy reflects our dedication to both our plants and our people.
1. Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
- Condition: Plants must be in original, resalable condition with roots kept moist and protected.
- Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number ready.
🌱 Important: Non-Returnable Items
Due to their perishable nature and specific cultivation needs, the following items are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges unless they arrive dead or damaged (please contact us within 48 hours of delivery in such cases):
- Bare Root Plants: Including Bare Root Strawberry Plants, fruit tree rootstock (e.g., Apple Rootstock, Cherry Rootstock), and Chestnut Seedlings. Their viability is extremely time-sensitive.
- Live Plants in Growing Media: Such as plants in 4″ Pots or similar containers. Once removed from our controlled environment, their health is difficult to reassess.
- Custom or Special Orders: Including specific Apple or Cherry varieties grafted to order.
Analysis Note: Our menu focuses on live horticultural products like bare root stock and potted perennials. Their biological nature requires this protective policy to ensure all plants we send out have the best chance to thrive.
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us First: Do not ship anything back without prior approval. Email us at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Describe the issue and include your order number and photos if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific, plant-safe shipping instructions.
- Pack & Ship: Securely repackage the plant(s), using original packaging if possible. Clearly mark the RMA number on the box. Ship to the address we provide.
- Inspection & Resolution: Once received, our nursery team will inspect the item. We will then notify you and proceed with your exchange, refund, or store credit.
3. Refund Timeline & Method
- Processing Time: After we receive and inspect the return, please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it appears in your account depends on your financial institution.
- Exchanges & Store Credit: If you choose an exchange or store credit, we process it immediately upon approval. Store credit never expires and can be used on future orders of Berries, Andean Tubers, Asian Pears, or any other catalog treasure.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service (like DHL or FedEx) for your protection.
