What kind of plants do you specialize in?

We specialize in a diverse and curated selection for the passionate grower. Our catalog includes fruit trees (Apples, Apricots, Cherries, Asian Pears), unique berries (Aronia, Black Currants, Blueberries), perennial staples (Bamboo, Capers, Chestnuts), hardy rootstock, and rare finds like Andean Tubers. We offer both potted plants (like our 4″ Pots) and seasonal bare-root items.

Are your plants suitable for beginner gardeners?

Absolutely! We cater to everyone from Home Orchardists dreaming of their first harvest to Sustainable Gardeners and Landscape Visionaries. Many of our plants, like certain apple varieties and berries, are excellent for beginners. We provide detailed care information to ensure your success, no matter your experience level.

What is the difference between bare-root and potted plants?

Bare-root plants (like our Bare Root Strawberry Plants and many fruit trees) are shipped dormant with exposed roots, making them lightweight and ideal for planting during their specific season. Potted plants (like our 4″ Pots) are actively growing in soil, offering more flexibility in planting time and often providing a quicker start in your garden.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We are proud to serve passionate growers across the globe. However, due to complex phytosanitary regulations, we are currently unable to ship to most countries in Asia and a few other remote regions. Our checkout process will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.

How do I know my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. Our team then carefully prepares your order within 1-2 business days.

What are my shipping options?

We offer two carefully designed services to suit your needs:

🚚 Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Ideal for the eager grower. We use DHL or FedEx for reliable, tracked service. Your plants will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and typically arrive 10-15 days after dispatch. Best for perishable bare-root items or when you’re ready to plant immediately.

🌿 Free Shipping (on orders over $50): A cost-effective choice for the patient planner. We use EMS (Economical Mail Service). Transit time is 15-25 days after dispatch, plus extra time for customs clearance in your country. Perfect for substantial orders of potted plants or when planning for the next season.

How are the plants packaged for shipping?

We have mastered the art of plant travel. Each order is packed with specialized materials that protect roots, retain essential moisture, and ensure stability during transit. We don’t just ship plants; we ship carefully packaged potential, ready to thrive upon arrival.

When will I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your “living catalog” has been packed and handed to our courier partner. This usually occurs within 1-2 business days of your order being placed.

What is your guarantee?

We stand firmly by the vitality of every plant. Your satisfaction is the rootstock of our business. If you have any concerns about the health or condition of your plants upon arrival, please contact our service team within 15 days of receipt. We are committed to making it right.

What should I do when my plants arrive?

Open your package promptly. Gently water potted plants if the soil is dry. For bare-root plants, soak the roots in water for a few hours before planting. Plant them in suitable conditions as soon as possible to help them acclimate and continue their growth journey in your care.

Do you offer advice on plant care and rootstock selection?

Yes! We provide more than plants. Our website and customer service are resources for knowledge on selecting the right rootstock for your climate, proper planting techniques, and ongoing care. We are your partners in transforming your gardening vision into reality.
